These terms govern your use of Bin Buddies Ltd’s services. By requesting a quote, accepting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

About us

Bin Buddies Ltd is a licensed waste carrier (Environment Agency licence CBDU553968) registered in England and Wales, based in Seahouses, Northumberland.

Our services

We provide waste collection, management and clearance services as described in your agreed quote. All services are performed by our licensed team in accordance with environmental regulations and our Duty of Care obligations as a registered waste carrier.

Quotes and pricing

  • All quotes are fixed-price and valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Pricing is exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
  • Portfolio discounts are applied automatically as set out in our pricing schedule
  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be quoted separately before work proceeds

Payment

  • Recurring services are invoiced monthly in arrears by BACS transfer
  • One-off jobs are payable on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
  • We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts

Cancellation

  • Recurring service contracts run on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' written notice to cancel
  • One-off jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price
  • We reserve the right to cancel services with 30 days' notice, with a full refund of any prepaid amounts

Access and site conditions

You are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property for our team and vehicles on the agreed service date. If access is not available, a repeat visit fee may apply.

Waste documentation

As a licensed waste carrier, we issue waste transfer notes for all collections. These form part of your Duty of Care documentation. You must retain these for a minimum of two years as required by law.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or consequential damage. We carry full public liability insurance details available on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
